Orders and Shipping

Our orders will generally ship within two to four (2-4) business day of receiving your cleared payment.  Please review our payment policy to see how your payment method affects how quickly your funds are considered cleared.  Ex.  Orders paid by personal check are held for at least 5 business days before processing.

The easiest and most efficient way to buy from Arch City Bullion is via our website:   We encourage you to create an account/login, adding your name, home/shipping address, and payment information.  Then you can shop, add items to your cart, and procede through the check-out process.   Should you should require assistance with placing your order, please feel free to email us –  We will reply to your email promptly.

We can change shipping addresses on a case-by-case basis.  If you need to change your shipping address, please call in and speak with a representative.  We can never make changes to a PayPal order.

You will be contacted with up to date tracking information by email when your package(s) ships.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS.  Shipping will be determined during checkout. Most orders will be eligible for an upgrade to faster shipping.  Some oversized packages may be shipped via UPS. 

All packages are shipped securely in inconspicuous packaging and give no indication of contents. Boxes may or may not be addressed from Arch City Bullion.

We are required to charge sales tax in certain states for certain products. You can find tax information for your state here.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

All items submitted in an order will come in one package unless noted otherwise by Arch City Bullion.  In some cases, we do allow pre-orders for items that are pending delivery to Arch City Bullion.  If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment may be held until all items ordered are present and on-hand.

We currently charge an $8.99 shipping fee for all orders, but reserve the right to change the shipping terms as needed. 

Products listed and offered at “employee pricing” do not qualify for free shipping, and applicable shipping cost will be charged upon checkout.


At Arch City Bullion, we want you to be happy with your purchasing experience.  If you have received products from us that you are not satisfied with, we may, but are not obligated to, provide you with an opportunity to exchange a product for an identical product in the event of damage or defect. If you wish to pursue an exchange, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of the receipt of your shipment.  Exchanges of this type must be in its original packaging and condition in order to be approved by our customer service department before any action is taken.  Please note – any shipping charges are non-refundable.  Arch City Bullion reserves the right to accept or reject exchange requests solely at our discretion.

Arch City Bullion wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us within 5 business days of delivery, and we will exchange the product so long as it remains in its original packaging and condition. In the unlikely event your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claims process.  If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with the specific shipper’s insurance policy.   You must contact Arch City Bullion within the first two (2) days of delivery concerning any damaged packages.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at;  Or call our customer support line at 888-xxx-xxxx during normal business hours.  Please include your order number for reference.  Note – orders paid with credit card will be shipped to the billing address associated with the card (for security reasons, and your protection, no exceptions can be made).  

Once we have confirmed an order, it cannot be changed or canceled.  Arch City Bullion strongly encourages our customers to carefully review the details of their order to make sure that what you are requesting from Arch City Bullion is exactly what you want on your sales order, and their overall financial situation before placing an order. If payment is not received for an order, you may be liable under our Market Loss Policy.

In general, we do not allow orders for items that are out of stock.  However, in some cases, we do allow pre-orders for items that are pending delivery to Arch City Bullion.  We allow customers to lock in pricing on items that we have on order and/or in transit to us.  These items will be marked “Pre-Release” or“Pre-Order” with a projected shipping date. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment may be held until all items ordered are present and on-hand.
