Yes. Every package we send is covered in full by the carrier’s insurance policy.
All orders are packaged securely with the utmost care. All shipments are shipped fully insured excluding items shipped to addresses not covered by our shipping policy. Packages are shipped in a secure, nondescript and discrete manner for your security and ours, with the return address under a pseudonym to protect the confidentiality of the contents within. Most orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, but we may also use Fedex or UPS depending on order size ($ amount and physical size/weight) and insurance factors.
Our orders will generally ship within two to four (2-4) business day of receiving your cleared payment. Please review our payment policy to see how your payment method affects how quickly your funds are considered cleared. Ex. Orders paid by personal check are held for at least 5 business days before processing.
We allow customers to lock in pricing on items that we have on order and/or in transit to us. These items are marked “Pre-Release” or“Pre-Order” with a projected shipping date. If you order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment may be held until all items ordered are present and on-hand.
For security reasons and to better serve you, Arch City Bullion maintains inventory in multiple locations across the U.S. In order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, orders may ship from a depository in your geographical location.
All shipments of $750 or more include signature confirmation and will require a signature for delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claims process. If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with the specific shipper’s insurance policy.
