If you are ready to sell some, or all, of your precious metals, we are ready to assist you. At Arch City Bullion, we strive to make the selling process as efficient and transparent as possible.
For your reference, we have outlined our 3 step Sell-2-Us process below. There are a couple important details to note; 1) Our minimum purchase is $1,000 worth of precious metals, 2)Do not attempt to sell anything that is counterfeit or fake. All purchases will be thoroughly reviewed for authenticity – we will not purchase anything counterfeit or fake, 3) All product prices and sales to Arch City Bullion must be confirmed over the phone. Our inventory needs and market pricing are all subject to change based upon changes in the marketplace, 4) When you are ready, please send us an email to support@archcitybullion.com with your contact number, and a listing of the items you wish to sell. We will then call you back to discuss your items and to share our current buying prices.

How do you get started?
Step 1: Lock In A Price
To initiate the process, please send us an email to support@archcitybullion.com with a listing of the items you wish to sell and your phone number. We will contact you by phone to lock in your price and finalize your sale. Our Sales team will answer any questions you may have about the process.
Step 2: Send Your Shipment
After we have confirmed the buy prices and you have locked in your sale, you will receive an email with our mailing instructions and shipping label. Please follow the instructions exactly to ensure the safe receipt of your products by Arch City. We aren’t responsible if your shipment is lost in transit.
Step 3: Get Paid!
After we receive your package, our Sales team will carefully inspect each product you shipped and then approve and finalize the sale. Following approval, your payment will be issued based upon your preferred form of payment (ex., ACH, bank wire, check, Venmo) within 1-3 business days.
